These terms apply to your use of genly.shop and to any purchase you make from Genly Shop ("we", "us", "our"), 33 Mill Ridge, Edgware, HA8 7PE, United Kingdom. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Using our website

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information when ordering and not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage it or interfere with other users.

2. Products and authenticity

We sell new, unworn and pre-owned watches and jewellery. Every watch goes through a meticulous authentication process by a highly trained watchmaker, which ensures it is in proper working order and uses all original parts that match the serial number on the original documentation. Every piece of jewellery is inspected for its maker's marks, hallmarks and metal stamps, its stones and settings, and its condition before it is listed.

Each listing describes the condition, materials and any included items. Pre-owned pieces may show signs of wear consistent with their description. Ring sizes are given in the maker's own sizing system. Product photos are for illustration, and small differences in colour may appear because of screen settings.

Genly Shop is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by the brands we sell. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the products.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) unless you choose another currency at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we will refund any payment in full.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide free of charge. Delivery times, customs and duties are explained in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for your order passes to you on delivery.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel within 15 minutes of ordering, and return eligible watches and jewellery within 30 days of delivery with free return shipping. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Warranty

New and pre-owned watches are covered by either our complimentary 1-year warranty or the remainder of the original manufacturer warranty, which covers manufacturing defects that affect the mechanical function of the watch. 8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Genly Shop or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

9. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or another country, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts and keep the protection of your local consumer laws.
