Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed. After this window, your order enters processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified.

To request a cancellation within the 15-minute window, please contact us immediately with your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
