Is it new or pre-owned?

Each listing states whether the piece is unworn or pre-owned, and pre-owned pieces show their condition grade. Box and certificate are included only where the listing says so.

How do ring sizes work?

Ring sizes are listed in the maker's own sizing system. Cartier and Bulgari usually use EU sizes such as 48–54, while many Japanese jewellers use Japanese sizes. Rings are sold in the size listed. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering.

How is my jewellery shipped?
